I lost my very best friend on Sunday July 21st, 2024, at VMC in East Syracuse. I called CLS to make sure she was there and to purchase a final resting place fit for my warrior princess, Xena. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. She searched the inventory for Xena's extra small urn. She found one, the pink hearts, perfect for my little peanut. Xena will be back in our home on Monday to make our family complete. Nothing will ever replace those littlest pawprints she left on my heart, but the compassion CLS conveys to us grieving pet mommies and daddies will never be forgotten. Thank you for caring for Xena in her transition into my puppy angel.

You guys really helped me a lot. A few months ago, a few days before my birthday, I found my beloved kitty Almond deceased under my bed. She was a very special gift to me after I lost my father and I was absolutely beside myself. My roommate had her cremated for me through you guys and the only time I spoke to you guys was giving my consent to have my girl cremated and to confirm she was my kitty and the woman on the phone was so kind and gentle and understanding and understood what I was trying to say even though I could barely get a word out. I've been through a lot of loss but losing Almond so suddenly and horrifically was a whole nother level of traumatic, and you guys made it a lot easier for me to accept her death and be able to move on while having special pieces of her. This is an excellent crematorium and you guys genuinely brought me peace of mind.

Her birthday is in a few days. She would be four. Because of you guys I still get to have her close to me and wish her a happy birthday. She's always worth it. Without you guys I wouldn't have this peace of mind. Thank you infinitely.

Losing a beloved pet (family member) was hard to deal with but CLS Cremation made the process of letting go a great experience. When we received our Angels ashes back, it was all very well packaged with a beautiful card enclosed. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has had a pet pass away.

Losing a pet is hard enough, then there is the matter of cremation. By history, I have lost a number of dogs and had them cremated. CLS Cremation Services Inc. in Skaneateles, NY far exceeded my expectations and I recommend them far and above all others. A beautifully carved box (which slides open from the bottom) containing my precious dog’s ashes, and a laminated/personalized card was returned to me within days. I called the owner (Laurie) to thank her, and her compassion and willingness to answer my questions helped me through a very difficult time. I could not be more grateful.

We had lost both of our beloved boxers, within thirteen months of one another. The first, Amica, in January of 2017, which was my first life long pet.
